2. Services Provided

Vozera specializes in building scalable digital infrastructure, marketing systems, and operational frameworks. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scopes of work will be outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure precise execution and unmatched operational quality, clients must provide timely access to necessary assets, accounts, information, and approvals required for system deployment.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees for audits, consulting, and system builds are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written contract. Payments must be made according to the schedule agreed upon in the client partnership agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Vozera retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and internal systems used during service delivery. Clients retain ownership of their individual brand assets and the final deployed campaigns.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
